The Spa du Montcel Sothys is open every day from 09:00 to 20:00, with priority given to guests staying at the hotel.

Sauna, Hammam, Snowcave and Sensory Shower services are available from 09:00 to 20:00 for a maximum of 1.5 hours per night; massages and treatments are available from 10:00 to 20:00.

The outdoor pool is closed for renovations until February 28, 2026.

For pregnant women, only facial treatments are currently available.
