My check out was meant to be 6pm and was surprised to get a knock on my room 5:45pm for a check out. It more appropriate if a phone call to my room is made for a reminder instead a knock on my door. As it feels like I was evicted from my room when my check out time is not even due. The young gentlemen should have called my room instead a knock on my door at 5:45pm asking me if I’m about to leave

Nice hotel as have stayed here a few times. Arrived at 10:30am and there wasn't a room available even though check in was states as 9:00 am. Other than the slight delay in locating a room, stay was nice and would recommend.
